What is the amount of the deposit to be paid ?
At the time of booking, you will need to pay a 25% deposit of the reservation price.
When is the balance of my rental due?
The balance is due 30 days before the arrival date (8 weeks for PREMIUM properties). If the booking is made less than 30 days (or 8 weeks for PREMIUM properties) before the arrival date, the full payment will be required.
What is the amount of the security deposit ? When will it be released ?
It must be completed through secure online pre-authorization, without affecting your card’s spending limit, as this amount is not debited. Access to the property will be denied if pre-authorization has not been completed at least 7 days before the start of your stay. The security deposit will be released no later than 20 days after your departure and property inspection.
Do you accept Chèques-Vacances ?
Yes, of course! We accept paper or digital Chèques-Vacances.
Is breakfast delivery possible ?

How do I book baby equipment?
It's easy! We have travel cribs and baby mattresses (available upon reservation for an additional fee). Super convenient! You can book through our provider for additional equipment: high chair, stroller, bathtub, baby carrier, etc.
Is the bed linen included?
To make your stay preparation easier and allow you to travel light, bed linens are included. They will be provided to you upon arrival for all sleeping arrangements. Pillows, duvets, blankets, and mattress protectors are already in place. Some properties offer the "BEDS MADE UPON ARRIVAL" service; if your property is included, this will be specified in your rental description.
Is the bath linen included ?
To make your vacation more enjoyable, we offer a towel rental service to lighten your luggage. Some properties provide the "BATH LINEN INCLUDED" service; if your property is included, this will be specified in your rental description.
Are pets allowed?
Your little companions are our friends too, but only some properties do not allow pets. The mention "Pets allowed" or "Pets not allowed" is always included in the property description. Some properties may charge an additional fee.
What are the check-in and check-out times ?
Check-in is available from 4 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10 AM at the latest.

Are the roads cleared of snow?
Yes. The public roads are maintained by snow removal services; this service is not continuous and is interrupted during the night. Private roads are cleared afterward, sector by sector, according to the schedule of the snow removal companies.
Are snow chains required in winter ?
Between November 1st and March 31st, it is mandatory to equip your vehicle with winter tires or to have a pair of snow chains or snow socks.
What should I do in case of late arrival ?
No worries! If you plan to arrive late, our key box system at the agency will allow you to independently retrieve your key. You will need to contact us in advance to obtain your code.
How do I access my client account to manage my offers and reservations ?
We will assign you your client number via email, and you can log in to the Client Access (at the top right of the homepage). You just need to choose a password and save it for your future logins !
Are all properties located in La Clusaz?
The vast majority of our rental properties are located in La Clusaz, but we do have a few rentals outside the resort. You will benefit from the same level of service regardless of your location !
